What this verse means
This verse is so glad it says "rejoice" twice, just to make sure we heard. Our joy doesn't have to depend on everything going right, because it's joy in the Lord — and He is always good, always near. It teaches children that gladness can be a choice we come back to, not just a feeling that comes and goes.
When to use it: A bright, cheerful page for a celebration, a good day, or teaching that joy is found in God, not just in things going our way.
