1 John 4:16–19
16We know and have believed the love which God has for us. God is love, and he who remains in love remains in God, and God remains in him.
17In this love has been made perfect among us, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment, because as he is, even so are we in this world.
18There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear has punishment. He who fears is not made perfect in love.

Questions parents ask
Is "Jesus loves me" actually a Bible verse?
Not word for word. It's the opening line of the hymn "Jesus Loves Me," written by Anna B. Warner in 1860. The truth it expresses comes straight from Scripture, though: 1 John 4:19 says "We love him, because he first loved us," and in Mark 10:14 Jesus welcomes the little children to come to Him.
What ages is this coloring page good for?
